College Admissions is not just about an essay or applications...it's about much MORE!

One trend appears to be emerging:  Applications to Ivy League, highly selective, and competitive schools continue to rise, despite the economic constraints on many families!

As a result, admissions rates to these competitive colleges have continued to fall to record lows.  Here are some examples:

  • Harvard:     Admitted 6.2%    Applications Received 34,950
  • Yale:          Admitted 7.4%    Applications Received 27,828
  • Brown:       Admitted 8.7%    Applications Received 30,946
  • Columbia:    Admitted 6.9%   Applications Received 34,929
  • UPenn:      Admitted 12.3%    Applications Received 31,659
  • Dartmouth:   Admitted 9.7%     Applications Received 22,385

This means that between 87% and 93% of applicants are REJECTED!

In this competitive admissions environment there are NO top- and second-tier safety schools!

At College Admissions Boot Camps 2012, we ensure that our students are personally guided through the rigors of the application process, giving her/him the competitive edge needed to gain admissions to their top-choice college or university!

Why Ivy League universities?   A recent study in the journal, Research in Social Stratification and Mobility, confirms suspicions that the best route to a job on Wall Street is to attend a top-tier Ivy League school.

"Elite professional service employers rely more on academic pedigree more than any other factor. For recruiters, it's prestige that counts.  Where you went to school rather than what you did there makes the difference" -- Dr. Lauren Rivera
